By accessing this website or booking photography services with Irierootsini Photography, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read these carefully before making a booking.

1. Services

​

Irierootsini Photography provides professional photography services including commercial, headshot, portrait, product, and related photography sessions. Service details, inclusions, and deliverables will be confirmed in writing at the time of booking.

2. Bookings & Payments

​

  • A booking is confirmed only once a deposit (where applicable) is received.

  • Full payment is required prior to or on the day of the session, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Payment methods accepted include credit/debit card, PayPal, and bank transfer.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

​

  • Cancellations made with at least 48 hours' notice may be rescheduled without penalty.

  • Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may forfeit any deposit paid.

  • Rescheduling is subject to photographer availability.

​

4. Image Usage Rights

​

  • Clients receive a license for personal or business use of delivered images as specified during booking.

  • Irierootsini Photography retains copyright ownership of all images.

  • Images may be used in the photographer’s portfolio, website, or social media only with the client’s written consent.

5. Privacy & Data

​

We respect your privacy. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, store, and protect your personal data.

6. Liability

​

While all reasonable care is taken during photography sessions, Irierootsini Photography is not liable for unforeseen circumstances including equipment failure, weather conditions, or force majeure events that prevent completion of services.

7. Governing Law

​

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.​
